January 27, 2025 – what an honor to welcome the team from La Meilleure Boulangerie de France into our Lyon boutique at 7 AM sharp!

The production crew filled our workspace as they prepared the arrival of the famous judges: Noémie HONIAT and Bruno CORMERAIS (MOF). We were thrilled to share our passion with such respected professionals in a kind and honest exchange.

For us, this moment was the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, dedication, and a constant pursuit of excellence and flavor.
